I am so glad that I did the grocery shopping a few days ago. I am also glad that I spent time yesterday filling all the bird feeders and putting the heater in the bird bath. We have so many birds coming to feed this time of year.
I love my camera! This picture was taken from inside the kitchen - you'd never know it. I am giving away my age by saying this, but those of you who are around my age - remember taking the roll of film to the drugstore, and waiting for the black and white pictures to be developed? It took a week, and we always got a "free" roll of film with the developed pictures. Ah, the 60's...
We have had about 6 inches of snow overnight with more on the way.
There's a possibility that the family Christmas at our house will be postponed, poor folks - they'll get turkey sandwiches instead of roast turkey. Just kidding folks, we can always buy and roast another turkey for you - standing in the kitchen, talking and picking on the skin is too much a part of our family tradition!
I just love this photo Sue! Isn't it great to see the birds come visit us in all this snow? I had a few little visitors myself today.
